With its 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 5 to 6 people, benefiting from a very quiet location, on the heights of Evolène village, in the heart of nature with a beautiful mountain view and a very pleasant garden. No vehicle access to the chalet. Possible access 50m away for unloading only. Public parking spaces available 150m from the chalet. 10 minutes walk from the centre, 5 minutes from the "Evolène village" bus stop.
Upper ground floor: Entrance hall with wood stove. Equipped kitchen. Living room with dining area, lounge corner and access to balcony-terrace. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and washbasin.
First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. WC-washbasin.
Equipment and miscellaneous: Dishwasher. Microwave. Cable TV. WIFI. DVD player. Radio-CD. iPod player. Storage room and washing machine available in the basement.
