Semi-detached chalet with 4 bedrooms, for 8 people, 100 m2, on two floors, located in the heart of nature at the top of the village of Evolène. 10 minutes' walk from the village centre. Car access in summer and winter. Private parking.
Upper floor: Entrance to living room with dining area, living room with fireplace and kitchen area. Annex with small living room, 2 single beds and a shower room with toilet, washbasin, shower. Adapted for wheelchair. South-west facing balcony-terrace.
Lower floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200) + washbasin. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200) with access to the south-facing terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. 1 shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet. Separate toilet.
Equipment and miscellaneous: Central hot air heating. Dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven, induction hobs + extractor fan. Microwave. Radio-CD. Washing machine and dryer. Shared garden with "Chalet Kanan". Possibility to rent Chalet Kanan at the same time.
Pets allowed with prior agreement and for a supplement.
